AI Media Intelligence
Know what journalists will ask.
auraPress analyzes the coverage of your organization and prepares the questions that may come up at your next press conference. Each question comes with a suggested answer and the sources it is based on.

How a listed company prepared for its 2026 annual press conference.
For the 2026 annual press conference of a listed healthcare company, auraPress prepared a bilingual question catalog with suggested answers one week ahead of the event, based on twelve months of licensed press clippings.

Who is behind auraPress
auraPress was built by Oliver Range, a serial founder with more than twenty years in media monitoring and digital transformation. If you try auraPress, you talk to him directly.
Your press review becomes a briefing for the press date.
It starts with your press review and your own documents for the event.
auraPress then works out which topics drive the coverage and in what tone they are written about.
What comes out is a question catalog. Every question carries a priority (high, medium or low), along with its source references and a suggested answer. The whole thing is exported as a print-ready briefing for your board or your client.
Built for teams who have to answer to journalists.
- Corporate CommunicationsAnnual press conference, product launch or a change on the board, prepared with media analysis and a question catalog in one briefing.
- Agencies & ConsultanciesOne dedicated data room per client engagement.
- Politics & Public AffairsPrepare the questions your leading candidates will face, from the summer interview to the campaign press conference.
- Crisis CommunicationsThe Trend Radar shows where coverage is turning, and the question catalog prepares the press date that was called at short notice.

Licensed content, transparent processing
The basis is the press reviews of newslive GmbH, with content licensed through PMG Presse-Monitor. For the AI-assisted analysis, newslive also orders the AI license PMG requires for it. Your own documents, such as Q&A papers from earlier events, you upload yourself.
auraPress's servers and database are located in Germany. We use the AI models through providers based in the US, on the basis of standard contractual clauses or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. The service providers involved are listed in our list of sub-processors.
How auraPress handles your data
- We assess articles, not people. Author details are taken as they appear in the article, with no profiles and no contact details gathered from the web.
- The priority of a question is a guide for your preparation. It does not say how likely the question is to be asked.
- Every answer is a draft. Your team decides what goes into the briefing.
- Your documents are not used to train AI models. This is contractually excluded with the model providers we use.
Short answers
auraPress prepares press events. It analyzes your press review and your own documents, identifies the topics and the tone that drive the coverage, and builds a question catalog from them. Every question carries a priority, source references and a suggested answer, and the result is exported as a print-ready briefing.
The catalog derives the questions to expect from the analyzed coverage and your own documents, each with a source reference and a suggested answer. There is no guarantee that every question asked will be included. Every question carries a priority: high, medium or low. It serves as orientation for your preparation and is not a likelihood that the question will be asked.
